This upscale cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood
about a mile from Sonoma Square and close to all the wineries on the west side of Sonoma off Highway 29.
We have recently remodeled and installed all the modern appliances
and conveniences you can think of, including flat screen plasma television sets, surround sound, high-speed internet, Italian
tile floors, and much more.
The kitchen is equipped with everything a chef might need to prepare
a gourmet meal, including top of the line appliances and cutlery. The adjacent dining area has seating for up to six people.
The living room is nicely furnished and has a wall-mounted 42"
plasma television, cable, DVD player, CD 300 disc changer, and a surround sound system that includes speakers on
the terrace. There is also a fireplace that gives the room a lovely romatic glow.
There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (with tub and shower).
Each bedroom has a brand new queen size bed, luxurious bedding, down comforters and duvet covers, and flat screen
televisions.
French doors lead out to a tiled patio surrounded by a beautiful
garden complete with a Vermont castings gas barbecue, fire pit, umbrella table and chairs for dining, and Adirondack chairs for relaxing.
This home is about 1600 square feet with a very private floor plan,
ideal for two couples. If needed the living room sofa folds into a queen size sleeper.
This is a warm and cozy getaway cottage, and is truly our home away
from home!
